Salone del Mobile has seen many iterations of global fashion brands stepping into home spaces. This year, the fair saw one such iteration taken a step further with the launch of Fendi Cucine, an “ultra-luxurious collection of home professional kitchens”. Featuring designs by architect Marco Costanzi (an old Fendi favourite, who also designed the brand’s stunning headquarters in a Benito Mussolini-commissioned World War II-era building), Fendi Cucine is the coming together of the Italian luxury house and Scic, its compatriot and a leading kitchen brand.
